Is this a physical poster? 

No. It's a digital download. You will receive print-ready files. Nothing is shipped to your home. 

When will I receive my purchase? 

Instantly. Upon payment, you will receive a link to download the files. 

What sizes are included? 

It depends on the edition: 

 Where can I print it? 

At home (A4/A3) or at a print shop (A2/A3/A4). We recommend printing at actual size (100%). 

What paper do you recommend? 

Uncoated matte paper. Most print shops work well with 160 g (if they have 180 g, even better). 

Can I paint the B/W with markers, pencils, or paint? 

Yes. The black and white poster is designed for painting. However, the final result may vary depending on the paper, printer, and materials. 

Can I use it on iPad/Procreate or other? 

Yes. The Full Experience includes a file optimized for digital painting. If you import the PDF directly into Procreate, it may rasterize depending on your device; that's why we include a prepared version. 

Can I print it more than once? 

Yes, for personal use. If you want to use it in classes, workshops, or for commercial purposes, you will need a license. 

Can I share the file or upload it to the internet? 

No. The purchase is for personal use. Sharing or redistributing files (including groups, drives, or resale) is not permitted and may result in legal action.  

I had a problem with the download, what should I do? 

Write to us with your purchase email and we will help you regain access. 

Are returns accepted? 

As this is a downloadable digital product, we do not accept returns once the download link has been delivered (except for verifiable technical errors).
